Invited all are to Metis, an event designed to celebrate the nuances of the vast field of Human Resources, a chance to test and prove your skills. Metis was a Greek goddess of wisdom and deep thought, qualities most essential for the managers of today and those which shall be tested and rewarded.

An elimination quiz round followed by a live case study will make you revisit the basics while challenging the paradigm. What follows on campus, the better will get to know and only the best shall win. Test if you have what it takes.
 

ROUND 1: QUIZ
• A password protected file will be provided 15 minutes before the quiz starts and the password will be communicated at the start time (2259 hours on 16th January 2012)
• Duration of the quiz will be 60 minutes (till 2359 hours on 16th January 2012)
• Top 30 teams will be shortlisted for the next online round
• In case of tie, the quiz completion time of the respective teams will be the deciding factor
• Only one of the team members will be allowed to submit the answers
 Guidelines:
The quiz starts at 2259 hours on 16th January 2012. An answer sheet has been provided to you. Enter your answers and email the sheets to metis@sibmpune.edu.in before 2359 hours on 16th January 2012.
ROUND 2: Case Study
• The shortlisted 30 teams will be provided a case study
• The teams are to send in the deliverables by 1900 hours on 20th January 2012
• Our judges shall shortlist the top 6 teams which shall be invited for the campus rounds
Submission Guidelines:
The deliverables (which will be mentioned in the case) are to be sent to metis@sibmpune.edu.in by 1900 hours on 20th January 2012.
The nature of the subsequent rounds will be disclosed only on arrival to the campus.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Event is only open to students from B-Schools
2. Team size should be 2 members
3. Participants in a team should be from the same institute
4. No participant should be a part of more than one team
5. Each team can submit only one entry for the competition
6. Event registration will start on 0000 hours (IST), 5th January 2012. 
7. There must be strictly no IPR infringements in the submissions. On discovery of such infringements, the respective team(s) will be disqualified with immediate effect
8. The Terms and Conditions of participation are subject to change at any time without specific notice. The amended Terms and Conditions of entry will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. It is the sole responsibility of the teams to regularly visit the Website to read any changes
9. The decisions of the organizers of the contest and the panel of judges will be final and binding on all the participants
